Now, after it shows the little "Welcome" with the vista background, it thens shows a black screen, with a popup that says."Windows could not complete the installation. To install Windows on this computer, restart the installation." Does this mean I need to install windows all over again? What do I do?
I need help, ASAP. I need this computer to do homework on.
NB: I am a spammer and can't you see I dredged up a 6 year old thread!
Try to use the Windows installation DVD to reinstall or repair the entire Windows. If it still doesn't work, you can always ask for professional help and send it for repair.

I'd also be afraid to use the above poster as well. It would seem he is aiding and abetting a spammer.
He cannot seem to understand that the post was made by a spammer, even with a statement in the post from the moderators. Maybe he's a spammer as well just trying to keep his signature popping up - seem like it as I've had a go-around with him already about his signature. Answering a post that a moderator has already pointed out is a spammers post, makes his post look the same.
Should I lock his account for "jumping on the bandwagon"? just posting for link exposure?

Hello moderators, to be frank, I didn't understand that the link was made by a spammer. My apologies about that. Regarding the issue of my signature, I was warned and I complied to the rules of the forum. Thank you very much.

Actually you haven't. I have just let it go for the time being as I told you in the PM. The rules state a single line of text OR a single hyperlink not AND a hyperlink. Big difference. Plus you are advertising using your nick AND avatar as well.
