I'm not too fussed on movies as long as I haven't seen it and I see that Singapore's release dates are a bit behind compared to Australia.

Someone mentioned G-Force?
Coco Avant Chanel?
Time Travelers wife?

I think I've seen the rest or they are in Chinese! Anyone has any other suggestions please do speak up.

I guess if we can't decide we can meet for dinner and drinks on Friday and get to know each other and plus once we are all there it will be easier to organize another night to go to the movies?

Thoughts?

Out of the list of films above, my preferred choice would be G-Force.

However, I do agree that it maybe easier (particularly if we struggle to agree what to see) to meet up for drinks etc this time and take it from there!

If anyone has a strong opinion either way pls shout?

Oh btw the earliest I can make into town would be 7pm as well. Although I think even that maybe pushing it!

Meet at 7:30ish somewhere in the cinema? Someone will have to help me out here though as im not too sure of the cinema layout and where will be a good place to meet?

If the above be no good then we'll just do the gathering first maybe somewhere in Clark Quay?

I am ok either way (movie & drinks or drinks only).

to get to golden village theater at vivo city, just take mrt to Harborfront and go to exit E

follow the signs in the mall, you will find the cinema@ 2nd level.

Ok sorry I just got told I will be shifting from the hotel to a work apartment tomorrow after work so the 7:30 meeting for the movie (That i happened to set myself! lol) is no longer going to work for me and I don't want anyone to think I stood you guys up!

Buuut drinks and food is still a good idea and it does seem that most people can't come until a bit later anyways and yeah i think it will be easier to organise movies once we all meet.

Where in the town area is good for most people? I think i can make it around 8:30 so lets pick a bar/restaurant that way if people want to meet earlier or come later we will all be in one place...

I just got back 2 weeks ago from uk after a year and would certainly be interested in making new friends.
Because i saw this thread too late, let me know when u guys are meeting up again. Would certainly be interested in some drinks, chill and anything.
