Women's Soccer/Football?

Hi out there!

I'm trying to find a women's [or co-ed] casual/recreational soccer team, but it doesn't seem like women's soccer is very popular here. Does anyone know of anything?

my wife is also interested, but i haven't been able to find anything. Perhaps it is time to start a pick-up recreational game.

HI ALL! The reply is responding! There is this team called Arion Women's FC here. We are training on Mon and Thur tentatively at 7pm (Fico Sports Hub , Jurong West) and 730pm Hougang Street 21 respectively. If anyone out there is interested you can come and have a try out!We also participate in Premier and Youth league in Singapore!

If you're interested in small sided (5 v. 5) futsal games (throw-ins are underhand for out of bounds) there's a Tuesday night league at the East Coast Futsal "cage" - http://www.futsal.espzen.com/home.asp

Check out the website - though it seems like it's better to organize a team then to wait for someone to recruit you from the site.

Level of play is very mixed but games are short and its a good way to get your soccer fix =)

I'd love to hear more about opportunities for 11 a side teams though!

Prefer all female, haven't played with boys since I was 10.

I mostly play mid, or defense depending on the ability of the team.

I am also interested! I am 19, not afraid to play ( I already broke my foot while playing ) but havent touched a ball for 2 years now, have to learn the basics again.
I love soccer and I have been looking for a feminine team since last year
