Survey on Indian Restaurants

Hii all I am thiking of opening a small Indian restaurant with nice decor but selling the food at a cheaper rate compared to those normal restaurant expensive rates.

Please do let me know your ideas on what you thinking should be introduced or is probably missing from the current indian restaurants.

maybe some kind of food, spicing up the decor,lowering the pricing or any other suggestions are most welcome.

Ironlady, my suggestions and what i look for generally...

go easy on the oil, grease and colour

more of healthy meat and green options

fusion like indo-chinese or indo-thai or even from various regions of India

and of course, reasonable pricing

all ze best!
