myself, i'm keen for the climby stuffs rather than the exhilarating/accelerating ones (for medical reasons), but i'm also okay for a saunter while you guys 'zip' down towards the sea...

It's not really as healthy as I was thinking but at least it cuts down on the alcohol. Fair dinkum.
