Hi, are you guys still running?
I run very slowly (that on a treadmill) but I want to practice in the ECP to run faster in humid environment. I did a few 10km run so far and usually it took 72-75 mins to finish.
I can join if you guys are running in the morning at weekend.
Pls let me know... Thanks.

I would also be interested in meeting other people who hang out at the East Coast Park.
I am mainly into cycling. But would be open to other sports.
Let me know when the next meet is organised.

OK at the risk of sounding silly to the fitness buffs here, I've got these 2 new year resolutions sitting at the top of my list for 2010: to learn rollerblading and cycling - my "once-used" rollerblades have been sitting in my closet and rotting there for years, and I've been procrastinating this for ages!
I made a promise to get down to it by May, so if you guys are having regular meetups there, I might just be more motivated to get this done
