We are time traveling back to the late 1920's when prohibition was in force in the US, Al Capone ran the streets of Chicago, and there were tonnes of money to be made in the stock market. This Wednesday the venue is Speakeasy and it is supposed to be a little gem of a bar. Only open three nights a week and it serves $8 cocktails on Wednesdays.

To get there, take the MRT to Outram Park, get out at exit F, and walk away from Chinatown on New Bridge Road onto Kampong Bahru. Turn left on the corner of Blair Rd (there is a Muslim restaurant Ya Mahyuddin) and walk to the corner green building.
