Obstectrician/Gynae and hospital recommendations

Hi All,

My family and I have been in SG for 8 months now and are looking into having our second child here. Our first was born in Australia with no complications.

I am looking for any recommendations you may have for obstretricians (gynae)

We live near Orchard, so hospitals we would consider would be Mt Elizabeth, Gleneagles and perhaps Raffles. Any info/advice on these hospitals would be great also.

Our insurance covers maternity, so that is not an issue.

Mine is LC Foong at Gleneagles. I am pregnant with my 2nd one and I love him. He's patient, speaks clearly and takes the time to answer all of my questions.

Dr Lai Fong Min at Camden comes highly recommended

A few fellow expats recommended me to Dr Douglas Ong out of Mount Elizabeth.

I really like him. He is very thourough, and very kind, and personable. So far so good!

My very good friend has Dr. Min and loves him, but I think he specializes in natural births.

I delivered my second here with Dr. Brenda Low at Gleneagles. I loved her bedside manner and would definitely recommend her.

I have been seen by Dr kek le pin in mount elizabeth. She is very senior and extremely well respected. But you just have to deal with the waiting time.
