Mana Mana Beach Club that is just right behind the East Coast Hawker Centre does windsurfing courses too but the prices are higher. Comparatively, Water Venture East Coast has a bigger class size than Mana Mana, but Mana Mana is more personalised I suppose. However they run lessons based on demand (I think) but Water Venture has them practically every sat & sun.
What I suggest is going to both clubs and talking to them about the course and observing how lessons are conducted before deciding. They are only about 20mins walk / 5mins drive apart.
And if you're thinking of pursuing the sport after your course, you might want to note that you can rent equipment from Mana Mana even if you didn't take the course from them, but at Water Venture, you need to be certifided by them before you can rent.
