to wear my England flag when watching the game's during the World Cup, just thought I'd ask as I don't want to offend Singaporeans!

Nah that's just what politicaly correct 'people' (I use the term loosely as they are barely above amoeba level IMO) who read the guardian will tell you, I have lots of foreign friends in England and none of them care about people waving England flags around because they are in England and accept it.
