recommended gynaec in East / Parkway East hospital?

I seriously confused after browsing so many threads about which hospital or gynaec to choose. Did short-list a few but they are far from our place. And since i've a 22 months old daughter I wanna cut on travel time and wait time. Can anyone suggest a good gynaec in the East?

Dr Heng Tung Lan in Parkway East hospital, heard people say she is the queen of hospital coz she has so many patient under her care, she is a jovial lady and always smiling.

If you prefer the East, there are not so many choices. Dr Heng is indeed one of the most established ones at Eastshore (now renamed Parkway East).
