I'm new to Singapore. Taking a client out tonight, possibly near Orchard Rd. Looking for something smart casual, but not posh. Dinner + drinks recommendations would be great.

Try out Chijmes... several choices for restaurants, great food & drinks, can be smart casual or black tie...
