Relocating Dogs - Shanghai to Singapore

Hi all,

I am relocating from Shanghai to Singapore in December and need to organize the relocation of my dogs - I have two beagles. I am having difficulty securing the right certificates in China that the Singapore government requires. Can anyone who has been through this let me know the process they followed, thanks for any help

Go to shanghai expat..under the pets section. there are a lot of posts about this.

You don't really need an agent in Shanghai do to anything for you but you should probably use/hire an agent on the Singapore side. they will tell you all the documents/paperwork you need to have. Do a search/google Singapore pet agents..and contact one of them.

Agreed. You would do better to get this info from Shanghai people. Check out the two reputable pet rescue organizations in Shanghai for help: SCAA and Jaiya Animal rescue. There goal is to home pets and help owners KEEP their pets when they move away, so they would be happy to advise you.
