Hi big mama, yes the upcoming interview next Sunday is the FINAL rd with e management. What puzzles me is the swimming rd thereafter. Isn't e swimming test suppose to come b4 the management since it's being put across that the management is alrdy e final rd?

Hi bluey,

as per Tricia from adecco, yes u will only get to the swimming rd AFTER getting shortlisted from passing the management. Tts why I don really understand wad it means by the management rd is e LAST rd since there is still a swimming test.

Hi bigtoes87, thanks for the info. Just wonder the Final Round is only next Sunday ?? I thought they will be conducting 2 Days . Did you happen to call and check with Adecco ? Dont worry what comes first...as long You will try your Best and Good Luck on your Finals .

I wonder if results will b out on e spot since 2 days after wud b the swimming rd..

Thanks for the info, bigtoes87. Guess these people will be here in Sin perhaps a week to tie all the loose ends and preparation . Its not easy after all. Dont forget., its a Foreign Airline, I believe they have a different module and concept from an Asia Airline . To me it does not matter, as long you and I have a compassion to work and love our Job. yes, management rd is next weekend, n there will be a swimming test on the 9th. I've checked w adecco, results for e management rd will be out on the 10th, one day after the swim test.

Hmm..heard from a fren from other airline that the swim test actually is not to test how good you can swim but to test ur water confidence?.. Anyone knows if this is true? If all of us can swim well then we might have joined the olympic team rite? :PP

Any ex crew can reassure this and roughly tell us what normally entails in this test? I admit im not a good swimmer myself.. heard also that SIA themselves had do away with the swimming test in their interviews??...

Hi hopeful guy,

like the other airlines, the swim tesT is to test for ur water confidence n to see how comfortable u r in water. Not exactly to test how good a swimmer you are.
