Group Meditation

Recently started practicing meditation and found group meditation is more powerful. It will lift the entire group in energy level as well as effectiveness. I can assist the newbies/beginners with the basics & guide on how to do meditation.

Anybody interested to start meditation in group? Planning to form a small group of 3 to 5.

I live in sengkong. If you live along the north east line, we can do in some public park near to any mrt stn.

Otherwise we can choose a common place.
