Runners or Outdoor Enthusiasts? MID 30's??

Hi all,
I've been here three months now and am slowly coming out of my shell and am dying to get physical. I love the outdoors and want to keep in shape so if anyone has a running group established or would like to get out for runs please let me know. I would also love to explore some outdoor water sports.

I am hoping to connect with the expat community of working professionals in their mid 30's - male or female. I am female, mid 30's from Canada.

Finally a 'my kinda thread'...

I will be moving in the next couple of weeks to Sg and would like to find like-minded running partners. I am not the fastest, but enjoy long distance running and will be in Singapore fresh off a half marathon in Sydney in two weeks.
Mid 30/m here... but happy to join anyone else or a group who I can keep up with on a long run...

I'm finally in SG!
Will be living near ECP and will head down there for a run on Sunday evening. Planning to run about 8-10 Ks at about 6mins Ks. Let me know if any of you guys or girls will be interested to join!

Round 2 - Will be heading to ECP this weekend for a long run... I'm thinking sat evening 5ish (or morning)

Anyone keen? We can run together or run our own pace/distance and once we are done, we could meet up for a coffee/dinner... OR head back for a shower and then hydrate ourselves with enough drinks somewhere in town that night(preferred option)!!

I should be able to make this Sunday, as long as its not too early....
I don't have a bike but I think they rent them there as well. Will have to check where the boat goes from and probably best meeting at the pier.
