Please don't reply to this thread. Far too many weirdos in this forum.

I'd rather live and regret what I have done than have to live and regret doing nothing at all.

Hey guys I am also new to town and desperately need to meet some interesting ppl and do cool things together before reality dried up my excitement. I am a 22 chinese gal from Taiwan and employed by a hospital but note that i am not a boring conservative stereotype at all. I also like cool beer but just now i havent got paid yet so indulgence must go low-budget!
Cheers
Nini

Hello,
I'm new here too and keen to meet new and lovely people.
I'm a 29 f, I guess I would be classed as professional, though that is a recent development. I never spend much money, I put it down to spending so much time as a student.

Hi L + N! Its August, have you arrived here in SG?
It's nice to know someone who travels on a shoestring budget as well. Btw, Im Acey,27 f, just barely 8 months here and believe it or not, I havent been around the city! Just home, office and the occasional trips to the mall and church are on my calendar. So if you'll planning to enjoy the city(without exhausting my budget) can I join you? do drop me an email
[email protected].
cheerios!

Beer doesn't HAVE to cost at least S$9? Where have you guys been the last week of my life!
L&N (and anyone else of you!) would love to meet you, not saying I'm uber poor, but I've moved here from London about 10 days ago and am being paid like a local rather than a 'silly money' expat!

Seeing how my wife has been held captive by work, and in turn forcing me to stay indoors during the evenings I am owed an evening spent in an almost drunken stupor. Anyone either near east coast or willing to travel get in touch. I'm very near the food village and can stumble home if need be.

Hey Lindsay,
I'm a fellow scot who'll be on business in Singapore for the month of September in lieu of a more permanent move later on (November...ish I think pending EP approval). Was wondering if you'd be up for meeting for a drink at some point in September. Would be good to get the impressions of a newly moved Scotsman.
BTW, I'm 30 years old and quite happy to drink in the more budget establishments.
Cheers.

Hey guys,
Reading the threads. You'll sound like a fun bunch a people. Count me in for organising any meet-ups. Would be great to meet some new faces and get in touch with ma Aussie roots with the number of people claiming to be Aussies. When was the last time I said Jonno...hmm lemme think...yea no...
