Long term stay for Sibling

Hello,
I've been reading this forum for a couple of days and found it to be a nice place to ask my query.

I'm from India and my brother will be going to Singapore for a year at least. He has a P2 pass for employment. Sorry i am not familiar with the exact terminology. Mother will be accompanying him as his dependent and I'll be left alone here. I'm his older sis and want to know if there is some way i can go too as a dependent which in fact I am. I am not working or anything.

All below are withrespect to EP

Dependent Pass is only for spouse/Children.

Long Term Social Visit Pass is only for Common-law Spouse/Unmarried daughters above 21 years old/Step-children under 21 years old/Parents /Parents in Law

Brothers/Sisters are not eligible for DP/LTSVP. They have to gain an EP through a job and then reside in SG

Thanks singaporeflyer, so there is the 30 days visitor pass only for which I am eligible. Maybe I should look at the job market or something. I do have the education but not the experience. Anyways thnks!

Could someone please tell me if teaching jobs are available and where I can find them. Are foreigners considered? I don't have the experience but I would love to teach. I've graduated from a recognized institute..

I mean to say its an accredited U.S university.

Oh, I forgot to add that I don't have the teaching qualifications but am a graduate. So I don't know if they want the exact qualifications or if a degree is enough to be able to teach.

If you don't have teaching qualifications or experience, you chances are rather slim to tell the truth. It would be hard to convince the MOM that your skills, or lack of them would be "necessary" when there are heaps of locals with exactly the same qualifications. I know it's not what you are hoping to hear, but them's the facts. You are going to need a good dose of luck, I'm afraid.

I'm also afraid, unless you are handicapped or under 21 you cannot be considered as a dependents either. If fact, I don't think there is any way you can be considered a dependent.
