Can anyone recommend a good school that offers basic mandarin lessons in Singapore?

I recently started a course at Agape School of Education (booked through www.mandarinlessonsingapore.com) and the course is SO BAD that I started to consider pulling out after 1 lesson. The "teacher" that ran the class cannot speak any English and I don't think she has ever taught before. The second class was even worse.

Really looking for a basic Mandarin lesson in Singapore where the teacher can speak English. Any recommendations appreciated.
