Just a short feedback - went to Chijmes yesterday at 2.00 am to watch the game. Great venue, lots of people - especially given that it is a school night, good atmosphere and loads of screens, so everyone will be able to see... Will go there again for sure, but I can imagine that it gets really full there on the weekend.

Hi hi,
I've just relocated from London on Wednesday, still crazy busy with logistics and unpacking but so wanting to catch the matches! Watched England - France in a pub in London on my 2nd last day there and felt sad I was leaving watching the matches with the atmosphere and not at crazy hours.
Anyone knows where is good, and is up for watching the games?
Cheers!

Was just at beer market a few nights back, decent place to watch the matches. they have a pretty neat offer too, their beers get like 20 cents cheaper for each goal scored!
And no, this is not an account created by them to promote the place

I once complained that I had no shoes, until I saw a man with no feet.

It's at Clarke Quay. It's just right beside Coffee Club...the same building as that new Garlic restaurant place...the bar itself is on the second floor. The first floor is only the entrance, and a bar table that no one uses...
A little hard to spot if you're not looking...

What are your tips for Germany vs Italy tonight? It should be a great game, hopefully better than Spain v Portugal last night

Lease discussion - Agents role
Replies: 1
First post
So we are trying to terminate our two year lease one month early. We have offered the landlord to find a new tenant. Our rent is atleast 50% below...

Both sides of the agents should help communicate the request and replies. That's why there's the LL agent and tenant's agent. I am not surprised that...
