CVS or Amnio Experienced Doctor in Singapore

I cannot seem to find good information about which doctors in Singapore have the most experience in performing Amnio or CVS tests. One doctor I had asked how many D&C's she performs per month (I needed one due to baby's heart stopping at 7 weeks), she was offended. I want to know which doctors are regularly doing these services so I feel safe with their skills.

Anyone have recommendations?
