There were some forumers who had implant extrusion from doing their rhinoplasty with Puttisak. But to me, as long as your expectations are realistic, then should be ok. Cos Puttisak will cater to how you want your implant to be. If you request for very sharp, he will do. But years or even months later when there's extrusion, the blame is not entirely on him. Haha. But Puttisak is good with chins though.
As for liposuction, I prefer dr prinya. I mean, no doubt nara is also good with liposuction, but he is a lil bit conservative. He likes/wants it natural so you can't expect high results. Dr Prinya provides new "technology" of liposuction which is better, low-downtime and safer than the traditional liposuction. You can check out his website and read about it. For Buccal Fat Removal, besides Nara, Dr. Tchirayut (also known as Dr. Chi) does it. But he's only available in Hat Yai on weekends.
