In my case, I need 4k a month to live comfortably, nothing lavish, just basic stuffs. Rent alone is 2.4k.

But I also save 4k a month, which I am quite happy about. I have to save atleast 2k a month so I need atleast 6.5k bare minimum(or else I am not living here). But I would love 7.5k and anything above is bonus
