I don't know your spending power, so it's hard to say how much IDR you should bring. But what I can tell you is that it's best to not spend SGD there, because the exchange rate they give you is teruk.
When I went to Indo a while back, I deliberately overshot on the IDR, because it's better to have too much than too little. Just keeping the surplus for our next trip, no worries eh.

See if your bank has ATMs there and just withdraw from the ATMs. That is safest.
If you need a Visa on Arrival (depends on what passport you hold) bring the amount you need in IDR or USD. If you bring it in SGD you'll be subjected to extortionary exchange rates. Not quite as bad as when the girl in the highway booth in Jb sold me a Touch n Go card with 20 MYR credit for 20 SGD, but close.

That's a good tip, guv; same thing happened to me. I wasn't going to take it sitting down though. But after toing and froing with the counter lady for a minute, out of the blue two rather unsavory characters appeared by her side. Well, suffice to say, that was my cue to give over eh.

Many places accept IDR and even USD.
Of course SGD they will be more greatly accepting it.
For a 2 days trip, if food is include in your package, probably another $200-$300 for 2 pax will be ok.
And like others mentioned, depending on your spending power. If you are going for water sports, then probably you may need to bring more
