Hi guys, I am a 25 year old guy who is just bored of going to the gym. Anyone has any good alternative activities that can help me keep fit? Some of my friends suggested fencing and horse-riding...

...and rock climbing and cable skiing and dragon boating and playing badminton and swimming and running.

For those who managed to get themselves bored in gym the only alternative is chess.

funny that... my wife fences AND rides... and generally loves both activities.
i'm not 25, but i prefer swimming or going to the gym but i leave if it's anywhere near crowded.

if you work near CBD they play rugby every tue fri at the field just in front of MBFC...

Stand up paddling (SUP) is a great workout and a lot of fun. Can be a bit pricey unless you invest in your own equipment, but you can give it a try either at East Coast Park or Sentosa beach, they rent them out by the hour.

just do everything outside of the gym, like running along the singapore river, or cycling outdoors.

I'm doing parkour. The conditioning can be a killer if the coach feels like torturing us

Jumping and climbing around the urban jungle that is Singapore is quite fun.

Pull ups from the horizontal bars outside the block. Push ups inside the apartment. Stairs instead of escalator at MRT stations. Covers all major muscle groups if you look at it
