Photography clubs/events in Singapore

I'm a keen amateur photographer and was involved with a number of different online & real-world clubs back in the UK but since moving here it seems like the only thing around is the monolithic Club Snap online forum.

Does anyone know of any real-world photography clubs/events/meetups, expat or not, that they can recommend? Even if it's irregular or infrequent, the chance to meet other photographers and share notes/pictures face to face would be much more appealing than the heaving mass of internet noise that is Club Snap

I thought Club Snap member organise photo walks or get-together on weekends to some locations?

Maybe I was unlucky but I showed up to one and there was no-one around recognizable as a photographer. Probably something to keep trying at.

I am a photography amateur and frequent Clubsnap too.
I have recently went to Jurong Bird Park. It is an interesting place to shoot bird at a closer distance.

this is the only active group that I have found which isnt using meetup to push traffic to their photography courses. Ive been intending to attend some of their meetups but just havent broken away from my family to do it. I will eventually. If you try them let me know how it goes.
