Golfing in Singapore.. hmmm. Several suggestions for you:

1) wait for someone to offer you from this site
2) ask your hotel concierge to help.
3) call the clubs directly to:
a) ask if they allow visitors (not accompannied by a member)
b) if YES, what is the rate (golfing in singapore can be pricy)
c) if all okay, let the club know you are alone and let them fit you into a golf flight.

Alternatively, you may like to try Ria Bintan Golf Club.. ferry ride away from Singapore.
