Hi am Spr.we apply Loc for my wife 24th August 2015 still pending .The status is Pending in puts from vetting agencies.expected outcome is 2 month from date of application.anyone knows about it? Usally its take 7day right?Thanks.

No. Now it can take up to two months to vet. Before they didn't bother to vet LoC's but now, after the locals harping on LoC's not being as qualified for postions as the locals, they are starting to ensure that they are duly qualified at least somewhat for the position they are taking up. Employers have cottoned to the fact that LoCs get around S pass or WP levies but the salary ranges do not have to qualify for S or EP levels so they are cashing in on it. Therefore the locals are unhappy. Now, vetting. Get used to it.

But previously she get approval within 3day.the data all same right nothing changes in her details..

All the data may well have been the same, but the vetting procedure is now a lot more thorough. Before, LoCs weren't really vetted at all. I've had guys on S passes who have worked with me for 5 years and are now getting renewals denied because of criteria changes (have had 3 in the past 2 weeks).

Hi Your is more than 30 days ? Did your employer check their email?
My wife got it in 4 day.

Hi my wife's LOC is applied in 30th April 2019. Its still pending. Have you got your LOCs approved now? How I can check online LOC? When I am checking using her FIN# it pulls up DP's status. Please respond.
