Hi All,
The main tenant posted an ad for an available room on FB, I took the shared room from him in a condominium.
But I've not signed the subletting Agreement. Can I leave early?

If not agreement has been signed. If there's no consent from LL to even sublet. This is consider legal sublet.

Don't you mean it is considered an illegal sublet?

No Contract agreement and Stamp duty is considered as illegal sublet
