Looking for some advice having stayed in Singapore since 2016. Applied for PR 3 times, rejected all three within the first 5 months.
Profile
- working for American company with around 700 employess in Singapore
- drawing 220k SGD per year
- decent investment in Singapore and US market
- married to wife (29) and I am 31
- masters from NUS, graduated in 2017
- nationality: Indian
How are the chances of a PR when applied in 2025? What are the recommended actions/activities to get PR?

What does your wife do? Is she also from India? And which field are you working in - what's your job role?

You sure sent them the wrong message, no doubt about that. applying 3 times in 5 months smacks of pure desperation. No wonder you are being rejected.

I think he means all those three applications were rejected within the first 5 months after the submissions.

Just as bad either way. Sounds like they are sending him a message then. Even worse.
Granted they didn't tell him to use Plan B.

Well, just to clarify, all 3 PR applications were made across multiple years, whenever I saw significant growth in my career (2020, 2022, 2024).

Look at “firm related attributes” which only the company itself will be able to assess.
