Career Crossroads

Post by htdy.da-you » Fri, 25 Jul 2025 12:26 am

Are you a driven professional, excelling in your field yet feeling that your capabilities are not fully recognised? Despite your diligence and achievements, the route to progression may seem uncertain prompting you to consider whether remaining with your current organisation?

I have experienced this a few times. Seems like an inevitable path. Any good suggestions to overcome this? Thanks.

Consider taking up upgrading courses to enhance your skills. The workforce is highly competitive at the moment, and with the rapid emergence of AI, many jobs face the risk of becoming obsolete.

Yes, the OP is on a local ISP with a gmail email address but has consulting in the handle.
