Has anyone used a Singapore tour agency to book group tours to Tokyo? How were your experiences?

I had been researching for a few weeks on travels to Tokyo and was trying to work out the cost of having a guide and driver who can take us around...

There are even some hotels that offer this service for free, which is particularly useful if you have a lot of baggage as taxis can be very expensive.
