NS Defaulter, wish to return and keep sg citizenship.

Dear community,

I wish to return to Singapore to resolve my NS offences, the issues is that my family resents me to return.

I'm in a dual citizenship, I'm 19 and now wish to return to Singapore.

I also wish to be fully committed to Singapore and denouncing my Canadian citizenship.

What can I do?

Yes, I have contacted cmpb, ica, MFA, all leads back to the ns contact that I need to return as soon as possible.

First exit permit was done, but then later it expired. After that, it wasn't renewed due to parents not putting a bond.

I left Singapore around 4 to 5 yrs old, did renew passport it seems.
