So long as they keep posting links to your condo directory, I'm pretty sure Pal isn't minding them too much.

We do. I think anybody can register and post. Sadly we are the controls. But you and I both know if one of the Mods has already replied, the rest of us usually assume that the poster was vetted if it was suspicious. Having said that though, I have been known to whack the original poster if it was spam or other non-wanted but if there was a string of other posters and maybe the other stuff was of decent knowledge, I've been known to let the post remain but lock the poster out.

That's their only saving grace but most of the bots replies do not give out any meaningful information with specifics. Only superfluous canned responses that often repeat earlier posts verbatim from our own forum.

I am getting mixed advice from friends..some say it's better not to have pest control at home as they use harmful chemicals and may be harmful to health. Whilst some say it's better to keep the pest away (ie: ants and cockroaches). As the service is not cheap, what are your views?

Pest control can be a bit of a dilemma. On one hand, keeping pests away is important for hygiene and health, especially with things like ants and cockroaches. On the other hand, some pest control treatments can use harsh chemicals. If you’re concerned, you could ask the pest control company about eco-friendly or non-toxic options that are safer for your family and pets. It’s all about finding a balance that works for you!
