Marriage before going to Singapore

Hi all,
I’m currently in the Employment Pass (EP) application process for a job in Singapore and my IPA is still pending.
I’m not married yet, but my partner and I plan to get legally married after the IPA is approved and before I travel to Singapore to collect the EP (due to tight timeline).

Questions:
– Has anyone here changed marital status (single → married) between IPA and EP card collection?
– Any risk that MOM would cancel or question the EP just because of this timing?

Context: We are both foreigners (no Singaporean/PR spouse involved), and the aim is to eventually bring my spouse on a DP once I’m settled.
Any first-hand experiences, things to watch out for, or exact steps/timing with HR/MOM would be super helpful.

Finding someone with that exact same experience is highly unlikely. However, if you meet the prevailing criteria for a spousal DP, then I cannot imagine why it would be an issue to add a DP application during or after your EP processing, unless there is something you aren’t telling us about your new spouse… ?

As far as the process goes, you should ideally work this through your employer and not on your own.
