Sabbatical 3 months - april to june (will be in UK)
agreed no salary

(2)
ditto as above but salary reduction 40% for a 3 day week

EP (01 Jan; expires 31 Dec 2026)
Lived/worked in SG 18 yrs
Company may terminate me 01 July 2026

Any issues? tax, Company health policy, leave, sick whilst in UK etc.
I need to inform MOM?

I need to inform MOM?
I would not inform MOM — that could cause problems for yourself and your employer. The company is responsible for making updates to MOM regarding your EP (in practice, companies rarely do, except during renewal). So unless the company cancels your EP, I would not expect any issues.

As for company healthcare and other employer provided benefits, you need to speak to your employer (typically HR) about that.

From a tax perspective, you’ll remain a Singapore tax resident but with a bit less income for the year. Staying 3 months in the UK shouldn’t trigger tax residency there (this could become a concern if you were to stay there 6 months or more).
