EP renewal 2025

Hello friends back here after a long time ..
Did anybody recently renewed their EP after Compass came into full effect in 2024?
My EP up for renewal now and I meet the salary threshold the company is an MNC and only has 2 employees including me , the second one is a singaporean citizen.I am Indian national with a Diploma working here on EP for 12 years and 5 EP renewals
How things have changed lol now EP feels like PR ..

I work for a bank and in my team everyone's EP got downgraded to SPass, which in itself is not an issue for now.

My SPass is expiring in Sep this year and I am not seeking renewal, as I am moving back to India for good, this weekend.

You may want to check if your role qualifies under the COMPASS points framework—salary, qualifications, diversity, and firm attributes are all considered now. Did your employer run a self-assessment on MOM’s tool? That usually gives a good idea before applying.

Has anyone gone through the EP renewal process since the COMPASS framework came into effect in 2024 and can share their experience regarding the application submission and any new requirements they encountered?
