Can you guys bear the 10hrs coach tour, and heading to dive the next day, how do you like it? or course there aslo a fligth can take you there, but beware of the transit time, rather costly & time consuming. Beside, if we can also join the island hopping to Redang, lang, etc...

I check out the website u mentioned. Flight to Redang can be found on www.bejaya-air.com. They've a package by flight to Redang costing MYR$798 including two nites stay per person.

Perhentian which one would u be interested in Besar or Kechil? I'm clueless because I've not been there but heard so much abt the place.

I will opt for lower budget, by coach. & apply go for 3 - 4 nite stay. If you take the flight by berjaya, I think they will put you in Berjaya resort, which is quite isolated then. & after dive you got to be on land at least 24hrs before taking flight.

tunaresort is on P.Besar. look quite new.

do u notice that these 2mths raining alot compare to others year. we got to check the weather forecast closely ....

I just called a couple of dive shops here, apparently they said that transport is fully booked & so are the resorts there. I was advise that if we want to go we have to hurry up & make reservations immediately.

If you can commit, do you think we should go ahead and book the coach tickets? I think the tickets can be purchase at Kallang. Or do you have any idea where else?

Would propose that we stay @ Perhentian Island Resort from the Marimari website they seem to offer quite affordable superior to deluxe class accomodations.

How soon can you confirm that 5th - 9th Aug is good for you? I'm fine with this date if any other dates I would have to think of close dive destinations like Aur or Dayang?

I am 27 years old IT pro. I am a new certified diver and did not dive after the certicfication. (actually din even get my card yet).

I am interested too but can only confirm after 25th because I may need to travel. Please keep me posted as well.

Any places in Malaysia is fine with me (I love the sea food there) but would prefer less travel and more diving.
