24/M looking for foreign friends

Hi all, I'm a local guy here and really wouldn't mind to be your local dependable friend around. I thought of posting something here rather than maintain a tenuous link with prospective friends by replying to them. I know this kind of culture may exist elsewhere, but hardly existent in Singapore, but it doesn't mean it cannot be practised. What Im looking for are peers that don't mind hanging out when there's nothing much to be done when being confined to the 4 walls. Any nationality would be welcome because it's your background that interests me. I have some good pals among the foreign students around here , so I guess I could mingle around w/o much awkwardness. Good food and new fav haunts? If only there is a chance to show you around then.. If we could form a small group, wouldn't it be great to exchange tales of how our erstwhile life have panned out to be?
