We recently moved in and can hear rodents running in the ceiling late at night until about 5AM. Spoke to management and was told ‘’ya the previous tenant also complained about this, we tried to put traps but it did not work’’. ‘’Monitor for a few days’’. Managed suspects rats are coming up the water pipes from the basement. Anyone out there hear similar stories about Stratford Court? I have filed an inquiry with the NEA.

Experienced in another place I used to live came into the house didn't hear from ceiling but it occurred scurrying around my backyard, I think it came through the water pipe as well as there no other 'holes' around that area. Took it out using a bucket and thankfully it only happened once. Is NEA able to take a look?

Yes, the NEA showed up today and called me. They started looking around the basement and the grounds. Then he went up into the false ceiling to take many pictures. He said they will send a report to
condo management with recommendations. He was very thorough. He sent me the pictures as well. I’m glad I contacted them.
