I've been noticing that shops noticeably in the malls the shops or kiosks that sell handmade dumplings or similar kind of food that require kneading, most food handler do not use disposable gloves to knead the dough? Except for the reputable restaurants.

It's quite disturbing, what if they had visited the washrooms and not washed their hands?

The roti guy was on his phone as I ordered. Thought he was a front line guy. But then he put down his phone and put his hands into my roti. Told them to cancel my order and walked out. That was last year, haven't been back there since. Are you shitting me???
