I posted this on the Computers/Mobile Phone forum but no-one answered, so I thought I might get a better response here...
-------->
Hi, I've just picked up one of the StarHub prepaid Green SIM cards, and heard rumours that I have to pay for incoming calls. Is this correct - if so, is it the same cost as for making calls? Also, does it cost more if I receive a call from the UK?
Thanks...Dan

Thanks
Yeah, the Starhub website section on charges was a little unhelpful, in that they just put the price for "calls" but I guess they assume that you know you pay for incoming calls, and make it a special feature when you don't.

if they just write "call" or "local airtime"... it means both incoming & outgoing calls, unless they stated incoming or outgoing specifically.

Apply after you graduate and start working in SG. From my knowledge, PhD students seldom get PR when they’re still studying.

You can just end the call and then do an audio call by clicking the phone icon.

Issue is that you can’t buy a prepaid card before arriving in SG, unless you buy an international one in your home country.
