Christmas Dinner Suggestions?

I have my parents coming out for Christmas from Australia. I was wondering if anyone know's of any good places to eat for a traditional christmas lunch/dinner.

Any suggestions or recommendations? Prices? How far shall I book in advance?

Hhmmm...Should there be a Turkey? Pair it with Turkish Red Wine, that should be special. May be too early to make reservations now...

Xmas lunch at the Bar$Billiard Room (Raffles Hotel) is always nice...

A few years back we flew out on Christmas day for home-leave but first had brunch at the (then) newly opened Ritz Carlton. Gorgeous Brunch. But why not make dinner at home? Always more special...

Agree, Raffles Hotel's Bar & Billard Room's Sunday brunch is absolutely yummilicious, and has 5 to 6 types of foie gras dishes too. Last time at Ritz Carlton, something crawled out of the oyster shell, yucks! never went back there for Sunday brunch again.
