I just came to know of a website that can help you 'kaki-up' with people here in Asia with whom you'd like to play a game with. It provides you a list of potential players of different sports and lets you list yourself there too.
It lists badminton, tennis, netball and so on. Haven't registered there yet though. I think its new.
