The look of the 牛尾湯 seems v.v.very delicious. I usually use pork bones, let me follow your recipe this time.

I have added some dish in my blog, i hope everyone likes it
if you need recipes on particular dish, do write me a short note on this forum or u can PM me, I will update my blog with the ingredients that you have requested

we have just bought a new Tefal toaster oven, so now we can experiment some cake baking ... hehehe

花膠雞腳湯 : 雞腳補腳, 花膠的膠質可幫助骨與骨之間的軟骨,減少磨擦的損耗.
是滋陰養顏,鞏固骨骼,潤肺除痰的湯水

牛尾湯: 有大量維他命c,牛尾亦有補血作用
