the best is to be natural and accept what is given to you.

unless you had been in an accident etc, then cosmetic surgery is appropriate.

wad abt those ppl who are born with defects or ugly? do u tink they shd nt do plastic surgery? hmm maybe we r nt in their shoes so we wil nt understand how they feel esp in this society where looks are being the first priority be it in career or social circle..
