Trying again for SIA.....Reali need some advice!

Hi guys!

I was in for the final managment rd but didn't passed the during the July interview. I'm thinking of giving it another try this coming saturday.... Does anyone noe if i still stand a chance or SIA will reject my application? Any advice ??? i'm reali clueless right now.

go give it a try since u manage to make it through the final interview. Think about what you think may went wrong during the last interview? eg; too nervous? dress sense? hesitant in answering? etc...

erm, i posted somewher else regarding getting into mgmt rd,
hmmm. the recruitment ppl did mention for those who fial during the mgmt rd can only try half yr later...
but i seriously do not know how true this is...i feel u shld jus go for it!!!! since u have wad it takes to reach tht level already. gd luck.. doubt they will blacklist u....

I actually asked the interviewers personally and was informed that if a person who flunked at the mgt round they are only allowed to re-apply again after 6mths. Just some info to share!

Hi Guys,
I'm afraid its true.. cause i was booted out in the april-may mgmt round and went back on the 27th..went thru to the 2nd round and the guy interviewing me knows that i went thru to the mgmnt round befor and then on my 2nd interview was like my mgmnt interview. exact same questions plus questions not related to your job as well.. I know that i did well for dat session and at the end of it he told me to come back in Oct. I ask him why and he says the same answer... you gotta wait 6mths befor you apply... grrrr
