I'm looking for one of the book titled: Tong Zhi Su Ye by the author named Mu Feng.

Try Bras Basah Complex near City Hall. They sell lots of Chinese novels from China or Taiwan. Likely you can find it there.

Actually I m looking for a particular book title by author Mu Feng. Kind of "EXTINCT"

Still lookin for it. Mayb I should try in Bras Basah, but worried may not get it, as it is an old title, moreover this author already stop writing.
