Can I rent a box in a Singapore Post Office Box with a tourist Visa?

Can I create a bank account with a tourist Visa? I am an American Citizen.

Not too sure about that, you can check with www.singpost.com

Alternatively, you can also find out about VBox, which is able to direct all mails to your residential address, locally and I do think they do it overseas for a slightly higher fee too.

Your address will look like Vbox 12345, Singapore 919191.

Is probably more convenient that a PO BOX.
