Tanjong Pagar has lots of fairly authentic Korean restaurants. My picks would be Manna (Telok Ayer Street) and Mee Doo (Tanjong Pagar Rd); like every other Korean restaurant in Sing, they do have BBQ, but lots of other stuff too. Manna's naengmyeon is pretty good and Mee Doo has the best dolsot bibimbap I've had in Sing so far.

Hi, i would personally recommend the undermention resturant. Have been there twice and find the food to be fantastic and value for money. However, it tends to be crowded during weekends.
I believe there is some reviews on the net, so you may wish to google for more information.
Anyway, this is my personal preference

Hubby's birthday is coming up soon, so I've been doing a little research for some nice restaurants to take him to. His taste is coming back, though...

I'm thinking along the same line F&B is the toughest industry.. High cost, high turnover, takes time to build customer base..
